Fernandito Ruiz or “Fern” is a registered Physical Therapist in WV. He obtained his degree from a University in the Philippines specializing in physical therapy. He has been practicing physical therapy in West Virginia for almost 40 years, with more than 20 years in home health. He enjoys practicing in home health because he gets to encourage and see a real difference in the patients’ lives and how they live them in their own home environments.
