Your Comfort. Your Care. Your Dignity
Welcome to Dignity Hospice and Home Health
The decision to seek hospice care ultimately rests with the patient. However, their personal physician knows when comfort care and pain-management are appropriate instead of continuing with aggressive curative treatment. Hospice care benefits are covered in most instances for patients who have a life-limiting illness. The patient and his or her family are encouraged to discuss the need for hospice care with their physician, health care team, clergy and friends.

Working with your physician, Dignity Home Health will evaluate, determine and design a care plan to meet your specific health care needs. A team of professionals specializing in direct, in-home patient care, includes doctors, nurses, physical, occupational & speech therapists, patient care coordinators, administrators and office staff.
